This policy explains what personal information ArtinTech Solution collects through artintechsolution.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It describes what this website actually does — it is not a generic template.
At a glance
- We collect only what you choose to give us — through our forms, live chat, newsletter and comments — plus basic usage data for analytics and security.
- We use it to reply to you, to deliver our services, to keep the website secure and to understand how the site is used.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising on this website.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time: info@artintechsolution.com.

2. Information we collect and how we use it
Contact form
When you use our contact form we receive your name and email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a subject and your message. The form sends these details to us by email; they are not stored in the website’s database. We use them to reply to you and to discuss your project.
Project booking form
When you request a call or a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, your preferred time, your message and the page you sent the request from. These details are stored on our website so that we can follow up. We also record your IP address with the request to detect and block spam and abuse; it is deleted automatically after 90 days.
Live chat
The chat on our website runs on our own server — no third-party chat provider is involved. We store your messages, our replies, the language and address of the page you chatted from and, if you share it, your email address. Your browser keeps a random identifier in local storage so the conversation continues as you move between pages. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.
When our team is offline, an automated assistant answers common questions using simple keyword rules and labels its messages “Automated reply”. It does not make any decisions about you. Our team may read and answer messages through the translation feature built into their own web browser, which runs on their device; your messages are not sent to an external translation service.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected by Hostinger Reach, our email newsletter provider, and used to send you updates. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Blog comments
If you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address and website you enter, your comment, and your IP address and browser user-agent string, which WordPress uses to detect spam. Your email address is never published.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website — for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location at country or city level. Google Analytics uses cookies (see section 4). We use this information only to measure and improve our website, not for advertising.
Technical data
Whenever you visit a website, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes this information in server logs to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
Content loaded from other providers
Some parts of our pages are loaded from other providers. When your browser connects to them, they receive your IP address and information about your browser:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the site
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — see “Analytics” above
- Google Identity Services — a sign-in script added by Google Site Kit
- Hostinger Reach — the newsletter sign-up form
- WordPress.org — emoji images, only if your browser cannot display emoji itself
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo — only when you play an embedded video
Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services unless you click them.
Partner (affiliate) links
Some links on our website, for example to Hostinger, are referral links. When you click one, we count the click together with the time, the language of the page and the website that referred you. We do not store your IP address for this. Our affiliate disclosure is in our Terms of Service.
Clients
If you become a client, we also process the information we need to deliver your project, issue invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations. That processing is also governed by our agreement with you.
3. Legal bases for processing (EU, EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to respond to your request, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and to deliver our services.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the website secure, to prevent spam and abuse, and to run and improve our business, always balanced against your rights.
- Consent — for analytics cookies and our newsletter, where the law requires consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by tax and accounting law.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
These are the cookies and browser-storage items used on our website:
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors for statistics | 2 years |
_ga_SEP6M5EH94 | Google Analytics | Keeps session state for statistics | 2 years |
pll_language | This website (Polylang) | Remembers the language you are browsing in | 1 year |
g_state | Google Identity Services | Remembers the state of Google’s sign-in prompt | Set by Google |
comment_author_* | This website (WordPress) | Fills in your details next time, only if you ask it to when commenting | 1 year |
at-theme | This website (local storage) | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode | Until you clear it |
atchat_t, atchat_ts | This website (local storage) | Keeps your live chat conversation open across pages | Until you clear it |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking analytics cookies does not affect how the website works. You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our website and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Hostinger — web hosting, content delivery network, email and our newsletter service
- Google — analytics, tag management, fonts and the sign-in script
- Our backup storage provider — copies of the website kept so that it can be restored
- YouTube or Vimeo — only when you play a video
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner, who must continue to protect it under this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. International transfers
We are based in Bangladesh, and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and countries in the European Union. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by these providers.
7. How long we keep information
- Live chat conversations — deleted automatically 90 days after the last message.
- Booking requests and contact enquiries — for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- IP addresses recorded with booking requests — deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Abuse-prevention counters — deleted after 2 days.
- Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe.
- Comments — until they are removed.
- Analytics data — kept by Google according to our Analytics settings, at most 14 months.
- Client records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Backups — replaced on a rolling basis.
8. How we protect information
The whole website is served over HTTPS. Access to our systems is restricted to people who need it. Our forms and live chat have spam and rate limits; live chat stores IP addresses only as a keyed hash, and conversation identifiers only in hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have it deleted;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
- complain to a data protection authority — in the EU or EEA, the authority where you live or work; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@artintechsolution.com. We will reply within one month (45 days for California requests). We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on this page.
