The Challenge
Members booked classes through a web page that was never designed for a phone, and cancellations came in by text — leaving spots unfilled that had a waitlist behind them.
Instructors had no reliable view of who was in the room until the class started.
The Solution
We designed and built a React Native app around one screen: this week, these classes, one tap to book. Cancellations release the spot to the waitlist automatically with a push notification.
Instructors get a live roster, and the studio sees fill rates per class and per time slot.
