Hostinger Unlimited plan review: unlimited websites, 50 GB NVMe and daily backups from $3.99 a month

Unlimited sits in the middle of Hostinger’s web hosting range, and on today’s pricing it is the plan we recommend most often. It costs a dollar a month more than Premium on a 48-month term, yet it removes the limits that usually push people into an early upgrade. This review covers what you get, what “unlimited” really means, the full cost including renewal, and when you should go one step further to Cloud Startup.

Verdict in one paragraph

Unlimited is the best value plan Hostinger sells right now for anyone with more than one small website: small businesses, freelancers with several projects, new online stores and bloggers who plan to grow. You get unlimited websites, 50 GB of NVMe storage and daily backups for $3.99 a month on a 48-month term. Skip it only if you will run a single tiny site (Premium is enough) or if you already have heavy traffic or many logged-in users (Cloud Startup is built for that).

Is this the old Business plan?

Many guides and videos still recommend Hostinger’s Business plan, described as 50 websites, 50 GB of NVMe storage, daily backups, a free CDN and e-commerce features. On Hostinger’s pricing page as we checked it in October 2026, the middle plan is Unlimited: the same 50 GB of NVMe storage and daily backups, with the website cap removed and unlimited mailboxes added. If a guide tells you to “buy Business”, this is the plan to look at.

What “unlimited” really means

Unlimited websites does not mean unlimited resources. Every site on the plan shares the same 3 GB of RAM, 2 CPU cores, 60 PHP workers, 50 GB of storage and 600,000 inodes, and Hostinger’s fair usage policy applies. In practice that comfortably covers ten or twenty small, cached sites, or a handful of busier ones. What it does not cover is one very busy site plus a dozen others: when one site uses all the PHP workers, the rest slow down with it.

The resources that matter most, compared with Premium:

  • NVMe instead of SSD storage. Faster reads and writes, which helps uncached pages such as search results, the WordPress admin and checkout.
  • 60 PHP workers instead of 40. Half as many again simultaneous dynamic requests before visitors start to queue.
  • Daily backups. The worst case after a problem is one day of lost changes, not a week.
  • 600,000 inodes. Room for image-heavy sites and several WordPress installs.

The real cost over four years

How you buyFirst paymentCost per month
48 months at the sale price$191.52$3.99
48 months with THEGREATOFF (estimate)$153.12$3.19
After the term ends—$16.99 renewal

Against the regular four-year price of $911.52, the coupon estimate saves about $758. If you run five sites, that is roughly $31 per site for four years of hosting. The current coupon numbers for all plans are in our page on the best Hostinger coupon and hosting offer this month.

Who should buy Unlimited

  • Small businesses that want a website, a few mailboxes on their own domain and room for a shop later.
  • New online stores with modest traffic. Daily backups protect your orders; move to Cloud Startup when checkouts pile up at busy times.
  • Freelancers and side-project builders who run several domains.
  • Bloggers who plan to grow and do not want to migrate in a year.

When to choose Cloud Startup instead

  • Your store or membership site has many logged-in users at the same time.
  • Your database is heading past 3 GB (large stores, forums, learning platforms).
  • You host client websites and want a dedicated IP address and more headroom.
  • You already see slowdowns or resource-limit warnings on Unlimited.

Our Cloud Startup review explains what the extra money buys, and the plan comparison puts all three side by side. If you are deciding between Unlimited and the cheaper plan, read our Premium review.

Frequently asked questions

How many websites can I really host on Unlimited?

There is no fixed number, but all sites share one pool of resources. Ten to twenty small, well-cached sites is a realistic range; a few busy sites will use the same resources as many quiet ones.

Can I run WooCommerce on Unlimited?

Yes. It is the plan we would start a new store on: daily backups, NVMe storage and 60 PHP workers. Upgrade to Cloud Startup when traffic or order volume grows.

Are mailboxes really unlimited?

Hostinger lists unlimited mailboxes per website, free for the first year, subject to its fair usage policy. Check the renewal price for email if you rely on it.

Can I move my existing sites to Unlimited?

Hostinger includes free automatic website migration. For complex WordPress or WooCommerce sites, our WordPress team can do the move and check everything afterwards.
