Paid traffic was landing on a page that explained the product in the company’s own vocabulary rather than the buyer’s, and the demo form asked for nine fields before anyone knew what they were signing up for.
Every headline change needed a developer, so the marketing team had effectively stopped testing.
The Solution
We rewrote the page around the problem the buyer searches for, rebuilt it in Next.js with a component library the marketing team can recombine, and cut the demo form to three fields.
Variant switching is now config-driven, so a new headline test ships without a deploy.
