The Challenge
Four restaurants under one group were each running a different booking widget, none of which talked to the kitchen, and the group had no single view of covers across the week.
Third-party reservation platforms were taking a cut of every booking and holding the guest data that the group needed for its own marketing.
The Solution
We built a custom WordPress plugin that handles availability, table sizing and service windows per venue, with a shared admin dashboard for the group and a per-venue view for each manager.
Guests book in three taps, get an SMS confirmation, and land in the group’s own CRM — no commission, no data held elsewhere.
Results
